As a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Business Transactions Group, Jake Niemyer represents developers, owners, and equity investors in all facets of senor housing/assisted living, residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. Jake also represents lenders and business creditors in a full range of commercial financing transactions, including real estate, asset-based, and health care lending.
During law school, Jake served as an Associate Editor of the Penn State Law Review.
