Gallagher is proud to announce it has been honored with the Pillar of Justice Award by Maryland Legal Aid and the Equal Justice Council, presented at the 26th Annual Equal Justice Awards Breakfast.
Gallagher was one of three firms recognized for its commitment to Maryland Legal Aid’s mission and for the firm’s leadership in championing equal access to justice. The 2025 Equal Justice Awards Breakfast, held on May 13 at the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel, brought together leaders from Maryland’s legal, nonprofit, and business communities to celebrate the honorees and their collective contributions to the pursuit of justice for all. Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown delivered the keynote address at the event.
Gallagher’s legacy of community service is deeply woven into its culture. From board leadership and pro bono work to investing time and resources in mission-driven organizations, the firm’s attorneys and staff are dedicated to making a difference. Gallagher’s more than 100 lawyers and professionals volunteer with over 75 organizations, serve on more than 50 nonprofit boards, and contribute thousands of pro bono hours each year.
