On February 1, 2016, Gallagher’s Ward Coe was joined by U.S. Rep. Elijah Cummings, Attorney General Brian E. Frosh, and many members of Maryland’s judiciary to kick off the re-establishment of the Maryland Judiciary’s Access to Justice Commission. Ward serves as chairman of the Commission, which will work to expand access to legal representation in civil cases.
