Sara Neild leverages her background in planning, development, and land use law to support Gallagher’s Real Estate practice as a transactional paralegal. Assisting attorneys through all phases of real estate and corporate transactions, her responsibilities include reviewing titles and surveys, drafting business organization documents, and assisting with the management of the closing process.

Sara graduated from the University of Maryland, Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, where she also minored in Sustainability Studies, Real Estate Development, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Her technical background and attention to detail enhances her ability to analyze complex documentation, support legal teams, and contribute to efficient, high-quality client service.

Beyond Gallagher

Outside of work, Sara enjoys traveling, spending time with her friends and family, and boating on the Chesapeake Bay.
