Matt Oakey is a member of Gallagher’s Real Estate and Business Transactions Group. He focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, construction, land use, and business contracts. Matt also has advised lenders and other financial institutions on creditors’ rights issues, and various workout matters. Matt also has experience representing lenders and tax-credit syndicators in commercial real estate transactions and in the construction and rehabilitation financing of multi-family residential communities through the use of tax-exempt bond financing and low-income housing tax credits.
