Christina is a member of Gallagher’s Litigation Group, representing the firm’s residential and commercial property owners and property management companies in litigation and other disputes.

Concentrating on the representation of national property management companies, Christina has experience representing property owners and management companies of all sizes, including many Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and affordable housing properties. Christina represents clients in all aspects of residential and commercial landlord-tenant law, and throughout the litigation process. Her representation includes prosecuting and defending cases on behalf of property owners and management companies, providing risk management advice, resolving housing disputes, Fair Housing compliance and reasonable accommodation/ modification request review, defending Fair Housing discrimination complaints, and general civil litigation. In her practice, Christina has extensive experience with representing clients in litigation, mediations, and administrative agency proceedings.

Prior to joining Gallagher, Christina served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence P. Fletcher-Hill, Baltimore City Circuit Court Maryland (2020-2021).

Christina earned her law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2020. During law school, Christina served as Executive Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review, and Vice President of the Women’s Bar Association. Upon graduation, she was awarded a Dean’s Citation, which is presented to select students for their exceptional achievements and service to the school. Christina was also one of two students to receive the Clinical Excellence Award for her excellence in advocacy and professional judgment in the Human Trafficking Prevention Project Clinic.

Beyond Gallagher

Passionate about her Greek heritage, Christina is an active participant of the Baltimore Greek community and is also fluent in Greek.
