The three-property industrial outdoor storage portfolio at 7915 South 261st Street and 26220 & 26330 79th Avenue South in Kent, WA encompass 38,900 square feet on 9.3 contiguous acres with secured parking, storage, and maintenance facilities. Proximal transportation includes access to SR-167 and major highway I-5, allowing a user easy access to the Port of Tacoma, Port of Seattle, and Downtown Seattle
Strategically located in the Port of Tacoma’s Heavy Haul Industrial Corridor, the 1955 Lincoln Avenue property includes an 8,600-square-foot warehouse and 1,100 square feet of office space situated on 2.4 acres of fully paved, lit, and secured land and offers immediate access to the Port of Tacoma shipping terminals and the Union Pacific Intermodal facility.
19929 77th Avenue S, an industrial outdoor storage facility in Kent, WA, features a 12,640-square-foot shop building and a 1,517-square-foot office building on 5.4 acres with direct rail access and access to major transportation hubs including the Seattle-Tacoma Airport, the Port of Seattle, and the Port of Tacoma.
