Silvia Ponce

Gallagher is pleased to announce that Silvia Ponce has joined as Counsel in its Tax Credit Investments practice, enhancing the firm’s ability to assist nonprofit and for-profit developers with tax-advantaged projects.

With over a decade of experience, Silvia helps clients leverage tax benefits to finance housing and community development projects nationwide. “We are very pleased to welcome Silvia to our tax credit practice. Her strong experience and knowledge will benefit clients and colleagues,” said Tom Dame, Managing Partner at Gallagher.

Prior to joining Gallagher, Silvia worked at an Am Law 100 firm in Boston for several years and served as general counsel for one of the largest developers of affordable housing in the United States, where she managed all aspects of transactions involving federal and state low-income housing tax credits, equity financing, and upper tier fund structuring.

Silvia received her Juris Doctor from the Suffolk University Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami.
