Samantha Burgess is an associate in Gallagher’s Litigation Group. She represents individuals, not for profit entities, and businesses in civil disputes in federal and state courts.
Samantha earned her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2020, graduating cum laude. She graduated cum laude in 2017 from the University of Florida, where she earned a bachelor of arts degree in criminology.
While in law school, Samantha served as staff editor for Maryland Law Review, the law school’s oldest journal.
