Jill Louden is a member of Gallagher’s commercial real estate, corporate, affordable housing, low income/historic tax credits, and general tax practices where she assists in the review of various matters for the firm’s investor, lender and development clients.
Jill also has experience in real estate projects involving renewable energy and has assisted with general litigation matters including commercial, construction, landlord/tenant and health care litigation.
