
Cymone Gosnell is a member of Gallagher’s Real Estate and Business Transactions Group. She represents lenders, real estate developers, equity investors, health systems, colleges and universities, among other clients.
Cymone graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2020. She is a recipient of the William P. Cunningham Award, which is presented to graduating students selected by the faculty for exceptional achievements and service to the school. She earned her undergraduate degree from Loyola University Maryland in 2015, graduating cum laude.
While attending law school, Cymone served as president of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and was the Executive Technology Editor of the Journal of Business and Technology Law.
Articles and Presentations
Received the Joseph Bernstein Prize for authoring “The General Data Protection Regulation: American Compliance Overview and the Future of the American Business,” published in The Journal of Business and Technology Law at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in January 2019.
