
A member of Gallagher’s Commercial and Real Estate Lending Group, Camille represents lenders and business creditors in a full range of commercial financing transactions, including real estate, asset-based, and health care lending. As a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Business Transactions Group, she represents clients in a variety of real estate, commercial, and municipal financing transactions, including tax-exempt financing, letters of credit, lines of credit, development and construction loans, permanent loan financings, intercreditor arrangements, mezzanine financing, and joint venture agreements. She also represents developers of market-rate and low and moderate-income real estate projects. Camille advises clients with regard to general corporate, partnership, and business law matters.
Camille serves as the Chair of Gallagher’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She is recognized by Best Lawyers in America 2020 as a leading lawyer in real estate law.
