Sarah Hernandez is a member of Gallagher’s Real Estate and Business Transactions and Tax Credit Investments Groups. She represents investors, syndicators, and developers of real estate projects utilizing state and federal low-income housing tax credits.

Sarah graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2020, summa cum laude. She earned her undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University in 2015, where she double majored in International Politics and Spanish.

During law school, Sarah was a Production Editor for the University of Baltimore Law Review, a member of the Women’s Bar Association, the Vice President of the Business and Tax Law Association, and a Research Assistant for Professor Kimberly Wehle. She is fluent in Spanish.
