Gallagher Evelius & Jones LLP is pleased to announce that Gina Adams has become a partner in the firm, effective January 1, 2006. Ms. Adams joined Gallagher Evelius & Jones LLP in 2000 as an experienced attorney. Her practice focuses on the representation of lenders and developers in the acquisition, development and construction financing of commercial real estate projects. She has experience in a diverse range of commercial financing transactions with a particular emphasis on tax-exempt municipal bond financing. Ms. Adams represents many of the firm's clients in general real estate and corporate law matters.
Ms. Adams is admitted to practice in Maryland. She is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Baltimore City.
