Gallagher Evelius & Jones LLP is pleased to announce that Paul Caiola has become a partner in the firm, effective January 1, 2004. Mr. Caiola, a member of the firm's Litigation Group, focuses his practice on general civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts. Mr. Caiola received his undergraduate degree in 1987 from Washington University, and his law degree in 1995 (with honors; Order of the Coif) from the University of Maryland School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Maryland Law Review. He served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Walter E. Black, Jr., United States District Court for the District of Maryland, from 1995 - 1997. Mr. Caiola is admitted to practice in Maryland.
