Our attorneys communicate extensively with our clients to understand the particular underwriting risks for a financing transaction, and to ensure that the loan documentation addresses the specific credit concerns for the particular transaction. Our attorneys are sensitive to the ongoing business relationship between our lending clients and our customers, and make a special effort to promote that relationship while at the same time protecting our lending clients' interests. Our commercial and real estate lending practice areas have had great success in staffing large multi-state secured financings with short closing schedules. Through our creditors' rights and bankruptcy practice group, we also provide service to our lending clients in workouts and bankruptcy proceedings.
