The firm’s administrative team is a strong asset for the firm’s
clients and staff. Our administrators work to create an environment in
which high quality legal services are provided and in which all employees
can work with a sense of personal integrity, collegiality, and well-being.
Our management team strives to recruit, train, and develop exceptional
individuals who will thrive in such an environment. Among other contributions
supporting the firm’s attorneys and staff, the administrative team
provides cutting-edge information systems technology, billing and financial
systems, records management, practice development support, human resources
services, and facilities management.
Our administrative team includes:
Jeff Caudill, IT Operations Manager
Jeff served Gallagher as an outside networking consultant for 6 years before joining our team full time. His substantial experience as a networking service provider to local, national and international organizations is a great asset to both our clients and the firm. A graduate of Towson State University, Jeff has earned many networking credentials including certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
Diane L. Dongarra, Firm Administrator
Diane earned her AA degree in paralegal studies from Villa Julie College,
her BA degree in political science from Towson University, and her MA in
management from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. Diane has been with
the firm since 1999, and has been an administrator for more than fifteen
years. She is a former president of the Maryland Chapter of the Association of Legal
Administrators, and held a regional officer position from 2002 -
2004. Diane currently serves as a member of the Paralegal Advisory Board
of Villa Julie College in Stevenson, Maryland.
Jeanmarie McGlynn, Director of Information
Technology
Jeanmarie earned her BA degree in economics with a minor in communications
from Douglass College, at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey,
and her MBA degree from Loyola College in Maryland. Jeanmarie has headed
our information technology department since 1996. She also works closely
with our finance department on various matters. She is a member
of the International Legal Technology Association.
Michael E. Nolan, Facilities Manager
Mike started his career with the US Navy where he served for five years in venues throughout the world. He joined our firm in 1996, and oversees our facilities and records management operations. Mike earned his BS in Business and Management from The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. He is a member of ARMA International.
Linda C. Wilson, Support Staff Coordinator
Linda earned her AA degree in secretarial studies from Villa Julie College.
She joined the firm in 1985, and has been a legal secretary since 1977.
Linda works as the assistant to our managing partner, and assists with
the hiring and management of our support staff.
