Biography
Jill Louden is a member of Gallagher's Litigation practice where she assists in general litigation matters including commercial, construction, and health care litigation, and creditors' rights matters.
Jill also has experience in real estate projects involving low income and historic tax credits including the review of various real estate, corporate and tax related matters for the firm's investor and developer clients.
