Biography

Tom Lewis concentrates on business transactions, including complex real estate acquisitions, financings and sales, formation of business entities, mergers and acquisitions, and health care finance. His real estate practice embraces a wide range of multifamily housing types, including affordable housing, low-income housing tax credit projects, senior housing and assisted living projects, as well as innovative mixed use redevelopment projects in urban areas. Tom also provides assistance in land preservation and matters related to conservation organizations such as the Chesapeake Bay Foundation and The Conservation Fund.

Tom is recognized for his work in Real Estate law in Chambers USA and Maryland Super Lawyers.
