Biography
Tom Biddison joined Gallagher Evelius and Jones LLP in 1973. He has a wide range of experience in all areas of dispute resolution, having participated in several cases through the Supreme Court level and more than one hundred cases in federal and state appellate courts. His experience covers constitutional violations, commercial disputes, construction litigation, contract disputes, zoning and land use issues, tax appeals, procurement disputes, commercial collections, real estate disputes and employment litigation. Tom represents both plaintiffs and defendants in professional liability, product liability, personal injury and insurance coverage claims. He also handles disputed religious and education law issues and he provides advice and counsel for corporate clients across the full spectrum of their personal and business activities.
