Biography
A member of Gallagher's Real Estate and Business Transactions group, Phil Diamond represents lenders, borrowers, and syndicators. He works with clients nationally on transactions relating to real estate development and tax-exempt securities, renewable energy facilities and related tax credits, and structured financing involving the securitization of tax-exempt bonds.
Prior to joining the firm, Phil served as a law clerk for the Honorable John C. Eldridge of the Maryland Court of Appeals.
