Biography
Nita Schultz concentrates her practice on real estate development, housing and community development, and finance with a special emphasis on projects involving the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Maryland State Department of Housing and Community Development, as well as other state, city, and county government financing. She represents owners in the negotiation of professional service and construction contracts and advises owners during the administration of major construction projects.
