Biography
Focusing primarily on the representation of lenders, developers and equity investors in commercial real estate transactions, Mike Henigan has extensive experience working with clients in all facets of the acquisition, development and disposition of affordable multifamily housing. Much of Mike’s national practice is devoted to representing clients in the financing of the construction and rehabilitation of apartment projects through the use of tax-exempt bond financing. Mike has also served as a panelist on a multifamily housing workshop sponsored by the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
