Biography
A member of Gallagher's Real Estate and Business Transactions Group, Matt Pirnot's practice includes a variety of areas of finance such as corporate, municipal, real estate, project and structured finance. Matt represents lenders, investors, developers, and equity syndicators in the financing of renewable energy projects, commercial real estate, and multifamily housing -- both affordable and market rate. He works with clients to negotiate financing transactions involving secured and unsecured lending, warehouse lines of credit, mezzanine financings, swaps, private equity funds, and securitizations.
