Lori Nicolle's practice covers a wide variety of commercial, municipal and real estate financing transactions, including tax exempt financing, construction loans, working capital lines of credit, letters of credit, mezzanine financing, loan participations, and intercreditor arrangements. She has more than twenty years of experience representing financial institutions, borrowers, underwriters, placement agents, and trustees.
