Biography

Focusing on commercial lending and general corporate representation, Kevin Davidson's practice has a particular emphasis on real estate and health care lending. Kevin also represents the firm’s real estate development clients and has substantial experience in the finance of real estate projects, with concentration in low and moderate income housing development financed through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, city and county government loan and development assistance loan programs and low-income housing tax credits.
