Biography
Gina Adams Zentz represents lenders and developers in the acquisition, development and construction financing of commercial real estate projects. She has experience in a diverse range of commercial financing transactions with a particular emphasis on tax-exempt municipal bond financing.
Gina's experience extends into solar energy transactions including representing owners, developers and syndicators in installation and term debt financings.
She also advises many of the firm's clients in general real estate, corporate law matters, and commercial and business disputes.
