Biography
A member of Gallagher's Commercial and Real Estate Lending group, Camille represents lenders and business creditors in a full range of commercial financing transactions, including real estate, asset-based, health care and DUS lending. As a member of the firm's Real Estate and Business Transactions group, she represents clients in a variety of real estate, commercial, and municipal financing transactions, including tax-exempt financing, letters of credit, lines of credit, development and construction loans, permanent loan financings, intercreditor arrangements, mezzanine financing, and joint venture agreements. She also represents developers of market-rate and low and moderate-income real estate projects. Camille advises clients with regard to general corporate, partnership and business law matters.
