Biography

Practicing in the areas of real estate, construction, land use, business contracts and financing, Bob Kern works extensively with religious and nonprofit institutional entities. He represents for-profit developers and banks in the financing, development, construction, and operation of commercial real estate projects, corporate governance issues, land use and zoning, commercial finance transactions and property management.

Since 1974, Bob has been an officer and director of the Board of Directors of the Bay-Vanguard Federal Savings Bank. Since 1986, he has served on the Buildings and Properties Commission of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Baltimore, which advises parishes on the planning and construction of facilities.
