Biography

Hillary Arnaoutakis practices in Gallagher's Litigation group on matters involving business disputes, employment, property disputes, and the defense of medical malpractice claims. She works with educational and religious clients on matters involving employment and tort defense.

Representative Matters

• Obtained summary judgment on behalf of college in a case involving allegations of ADA violations and breach of contract by dismissed graduate student. Click to read the news report
