Biography

An experienced litigation attorney, Tracy Steedman represents owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and sureties in all phases of civil litigation in state and federal courts arising primarily from commercial construction disputes, including mechanics' liens, construction defects, and warranty issues on public and private projects. She represents property owners and managers in fair housing claims, and conducts contract review and negotiations on both commercial and residential projects during all phases of construction.
