Biography
A member of the Litigation group, Sarah Downing represents clients in trial and appellate litigation at both the state and federal levels in a variety of commercial matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah worked for several years at an international law firm, where she gained bankruptcy and general commercial litigation experience on high profile cases. Sarah served as a law clerk for the Hon. Cecelia G. Morris, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of New York and interned for the Hon. Douglas Tice, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia, Richmond Division.
