Biography
Alison Lambert is a member of Gallagher's Real Estate and Business Transactions group. She focuses on the representation of developers, owners, equity investors, contractors and lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including market rate and affordable multi-family rental and for-sale housing projects, and mixed use developments. In addition, Alison represents borrowers and lenders in acquisition, development, construction, mezzanine and permanent financing transactions.
