Biography
Focusing on corporate and real estate taxation and federal tax credits, Ben Rubin's practice has a particular emphasis on the representation of syndicators and developers that participate in low income housing tax credit and rehabilitation tax credit projects.
Prior to joining the firm, Ben practiced in the areas of corporate and securities law, including corporate governance and general business transactions in a large Baltimore firm.
